Dick's Tomato Sauce

At home

Dick entertained himself yesterday while our state of
South Australia had a soaring heatwave of 42-45 degrees Celsius
making this tomato sauce, enough to last us for 3 years!

looks yummy! but I'm wondering how you keep these jars in your heat? I am a preserver of my harvest .. seals are necessary for preserving. Eat safe!

The sauce looks very good. I would love try it. 45C is very hot, but not uncommon beyond the mountains east of here is summer.
