"Our Currency"

At home

I had a problem with this topic, Photoshop would not allow me to edit currency notes
but I overcame that by taking a photo from a distance, then cropping so that
the entire note wasn't featured, and I removed the numbers from both notes
that I featured here. I think others have had a similar problem.

It's always more interesting that you photograph paper currency folded, at an angle or an unusual perspective anyway!

Very well arranges and processed. Nice array of currency. "V"
I was able to process currency using Lightroom. I only use Photoshop for tasks Lightroom can not do.

PS Yvonne. Just thought to tell you that Philip and I do not use Photoshop - we use Lightroom. I have no idea what that means or the difference. Maybe you can do all those wonderful effects and frames etc with Photoshop because i always admire them and do not know how to do it.
I'm making this public just for the interest of others, after your words re your image, which really is a great one with far more interest than mine. :)

Wonderful composition. Love seeing your currency. I had the same issue trying to use photoshop for editing.
Raymond24-Apr-2017 11:41
Hum, I never knew that Photoshop prevents you from money shots!
barbarajoy24-Apr-2017 11:34
That is strange, Yvonne and laine I had no problem doing just what I did. I just laid it all out and took the pic - just a little trimming in iphoto. Didn't use photoshop this time.
Your photo is a great one anyway Yvonne.

Fascinating look at currency from Australia! I've never seen it before.
