Our grandson's creation

Coromandel Valley, S. Australia

Our 16 year old grandson made this white chocolate & raspberry cheesecake especially for the
celebration of our son's Australian wedding reception after his marriage was held in the USA recently.

Wow a great lovely creation, your Grandson has great talent and inspiration, and your presentation here is fantastic very well done BV

It's a very professionally done creation, worth preserving photographically.
It's a pity you couldn't be over there for the wedding instead of in the heat belt. (Provided that "there" isn't somewhere in the path of the Goliath storm, of course.)

Clever! Thought it may have been a pavlova, which is distinctly Australian, but it certainly looks great, and yummy! V

Von, your Grandson has great talent. But I am trying to work out the symbolism of a castle wedding cake. :-)
