“A Colgate football player died and another student was seriously injured early this morning in a brawl near the State University of New York at Morrisville, the police said. The football player, Kyndle Mongeon, 20, of St. Albans, Vt., was stabbed in the lower back during the fight between several Colgate and Morrisville students at an off-campus housing complex, said Jim Simpson, a state police spokesman.”
