This is one of my "nacimientos" that I got in México as a teenager. I put a display up at the public library each year of nativities from places around the world. The creche has different traditions in different places. Some leave baby Jesus out until Christmas Eve (noche de paz), many leave the wise men out until 3 Kings Day (epiphany) on January 6th, when the kings were supposed to arrive.
