I am writing Cornette and Ackerman, “Calculus for the Life Sciences: A Modeling Approach” and would like to use your photo, Parrot fish w/ cleaner wrasse. Our text is to be an eBook of the American Mathematical Society and is essentially a noncommercial enterprise. We receive no royalty and the MAA is a nonprofit organization. The MAA will charge a fee for the eBook, however, to cover the costs of editing and web maintenance (recent charges have been $25 per eBook). I would like to know your charge for using the photo.
