From a user on a Porsche discussion group:

The Car is a 1962 - 1963 356B Coupe but it is a t6 body shape. You can tell a t6 by the slightly squared off bonnet at the nose. It is a 356B T6 rather than a 356C T6 because it is fitted with drum brakes rather the than the C's disc brakes which have different wheels and flatter hub caps to accomodate the discs.

I am no 356 expert but this looks to me like a 356B T5 coupe (1960 - 1961). It certainly isn't an earlier car with that bumper configuration but could be a later car.
