1. Always register your organization at SAM: Before you start to bid for contracts, it is important to register your organization at System for Award Management (SAM). A few of the things that are required are your DUNS number and your NAICS code.
2. Get Schedules: To get access to government contracts, you will have to win a Schedule award. For this purpose, you will have to get all your documents and send them to GSA – who in turn will review your submission and decide whether to approve it or not.
