I hadn't been to Secret Falls since 2003, but had been meaning to get back for updated pictures. I didn't bother looking on my site for directions, but was just going to use Kevin's book. But it turns out he has a typo. On page 483 he says "follow it (SR1608) fr 2.5 miles to a fork, turn right and go 2.95 miles to FR4567..." Well, it's not 2.95 miles, it's about .3 miles. After that the road gets really rough - I didn't go very far before thinking this can't be right. We had passed FR4567, but the sign was hidden. We saw it when we went back and turned on it. Also, there have been some improvements to the trail. I've updated my info here -
