this is rosalind and david..they moved to new orleans around 1980. they had a daughter named autumn and a baby son whose name i can't recall. great people...and wonderful entertainers.
DOES ANYONE REMEMBER A LADY NAMED ROSA "THE BELLY DANCER" SHE USE TO BELLY DANCE TO THE BONGO PLAYERS THAT SAT AT THE BROOKS STREET ROCKS AKA " RAT ROCKS". THOSE BONGO PLAYERS WERE REALLY GOOD AND YOU COULD HEAR THEM PLAY DEEP INTO THE SETTING SUN ON SUMMER NIGHTS

I remember them !! they were good. Venice has had some groups make it off the beach
who remembers "the BOYS" or mr. Hawkins (who was just TO GOOD to be down there)
where are the piano man pics ? I bet ya got one of that guy pushing his piano down the boardwalk , lol It is shots like this that let me see why my dad wanted to stay. I think they played the blues right there , she would do country western to. I remember alot from when I was 8 . I just need a lil spark like this to unleash the memory, I wonder if that's my dad in the back with the safari or fishing hat sitting on the bench, he wore that hat alot
around this time period, but this guy looks a lil small to be my pops, lol
