This is like my own lil hallmark card,
for my lil brother and my dad
the only family I ever had
yes I've been sad for tooo long
but it is now time to be glad ,
glad to have know them
as they were
not doctored
just as
Glad to be Alive
Glad to have my two kids to share
Glad to be able walk FREE
to SEE, to Smell, to Touch, to Taste, to Hear, to Sence
Glad to feel free to Love
we should all be Glad
about something
being Glad is much better than
being Sad
that is if ya get to
choose
between the two
because there comes a point when you are feeling down
when you must choose
and today I choose to be
GLAD
there will be other days when I'll feel sad
but for now
let's ALL BE GLAD !!
We were lucky enough to call Venice OUR home
either for a few years or a few decades or a few generations
Venice left a mark on us. No matter where you go,
you will always represent, VENICE .
