OBJECTIVE OF CHA KAU TSZ The objective of Cha Kau Tsz is to be the first player to score the required number of points to win the game.
NUMBER OF PLAYERS: 2 to 4 Players
MATERIALS: 2 Standard 52 Card Decks and Scoring Chips
TYPE OF GAME: Trick Taking Card Game
AUDIENCE: Adults
OVERVIEW OF CHA KAU TSZ
Cha Kau Tsz originated in China, but its growing popularity has spread all over the world. This game is perfect for those who love trick taking games but are bored by the typical. With a mixture of combinations, different scoring, a different goal, this game will add some spice for the typical trick taking players!

SETUP
The deck is created by using two standard decks of cards. Remove all of the cards except the following: the aces, twos, threes, fours, fives, sixes, sevens, eights, and nines in the suits of Clubs, Diamonds, and Hearts, and the Jack, Queen, and King from Spades. This deck should consist of sixty cards.

Players should then determine the dealer and the seating arrangement. Drawing for high cards is the most common way this is done. The player who draws the highest card becomes the first dealer and chooses their seat first. The player who draws the lowest card will choose their seat last.

Each player is then given an equal number of chips before the game begins. The dealer will then shuffle the cards and deal 14 to 15 cards depending on the number of players. If there is 2 or 3 players, they will each get 15 cards. If there is 4 or 5 players, they will each get 14 cards.

The game is ready to begin!

Card Ranking
The cards are ranked in the following order, low to high: aces, twos, threes, fours, fives, sixes, sevens, eights, and nines. The face cards do not have a specific ranking, but rather, they have special purposes throughout the game.

GAMEPLAY
The player to the left of the dealer will begin the game, and gameplay will rotate clockwise around the table. During their turn, players will play any legal combination that they have tin their hand. The next player must play to the table, ensuring that they play the same number of cards as the last player.

Players may play any cards from their hand, but they are always encouraged to play combinations in order to score more points. The player who plays the highest combination of the leading type wins the trick and all cards played.

The winner will then lead the next trick. After all cards have been played, the hand comes to an end and scores are tallied. Players score the number of points equal to the number of cards that were first played to the trick that they won. Everyone except the winner will lose points. These points are equal to the difference in tricks won by them and by the player who won the most.

Gameplay continues until a player has won the predetermined number of tricks.

Combinations
Single Card- any single card

Single Court Card- a single face card

Sequence- three or more cards of the same suit in sequence

END OF GAME
The end of the game differs depending on the number of players there are. If there are two players, the game comes to an end when a player has won 11 tricks. If there are three players, the game comes to an end when a player has won 9 tricks. Finally, if there are four players, the game comes to an end when a player has won eight tricks. The player who has met the point requirement first wins the game! 토토사이트추천
