I have been a long time away again, busy taking pictures but doing nothing with them. So I just renewed my pbase account and must get to use it.
The picture was taken Saturday morning just after sunrise, in some ways rather sad as I left the works Christmas party at 8:00pm to ensure I got up for sunrise. It has been the first real mini dump of snow we have had and I had forgotten how hard going it can be up hill through heather with short legs and a lot of baggage (around my middle and on my back)in snow which had drifted in places to around 18 inches. I just got to the top a couple of minutes before the sun rose.
