Arizona

Arizona view map

We finally made it to Lake Havasu yesterday afternoon. I took this photo as we were driving toward Flagstaff and the heavy snow. We drove almost 2000 miles and had to spend two days "holed"-up this weekend because of the storm. I-40 was closed for half a day on Saturday and a trucker who pulled into our motel told Dave that there was a 60 mile back-up at Flagstaff.
Yesterday we went through 10 degree temperatures and a foot of snow (thankfully, the roads had been cleared). When we got to Lake Havasu, we were greeted with temperatures of 64 degrees and sunny!
