Our campsite by Upper Cathedral Lake. Because of the big rim fire, we were easily able to get a permit to hike from Cathedral Lakes trailhead to Tenaya Lake - 3 days, 2 nights. The smoke from the fire was a problem every afternoon and we had a very scary electrical storm during the evening whilst we were in camp at Upper Sunrise Lake. A great hike though and highly recommended.
