I posted my pictures of this bird later than the others from April 2009 in Arizona, and didn't get any comments on it. The bill looks small, and the primary extension long, which inclines toward calling it a Hammond's. But there's the teardop shape to the eyering, which would suggest Western. I've left it Empidonax sp.
