Orion Optics UK AG12 - 12" F3.8 Corrected Newtonian Astrograph, 52mm corrected image circle

Takahashi NJP german equatorial mount controlled by FS2 (complete with ankle weights)

Finger Lakes Instrumentation ProLine16803 CCD with colour filterwheel-5-7

Sarlightxpress SXVR-H694, SX-OAG, SX-USB CFW, SX Loadstar

Astronomik Type IIc 50mm square low reflection LRGBHaOIIISII filter set

Astronomik Type IIc 36mm "Deep Sky" LRGB and 6nm Ha OIII SII filter set

80mm ED refractor for guiding using a Starlightxpress SXV-H9 CCD

Astroart5 for camera control, preprocessing and alignment of frames.

STAR Atlas:PRO for mount control

Gerd Neumann Aurora Flat Field Panel for flats

Impressive! I would not know where to start even with the setup.
But you do not mention the concrete brick foundation, lol.
