During the calendar year 2008, I decided to do something about my weight. I started Weight Watchers online on January 5th, 2008. Within about 10 months, I shed 75 pounds, and am now firmly in my maintenance phase and holding at just under 175 pounds. I didn't make a careful photo documentary of my weight loss, and now wish I had. Here are the best pictures of me taken during the year to document my changing appearance.
