Really interesting. I also would like to understand more about the conditions of this cooking. Would guess they are behind glas which blurrs it.

Hi Jeff,
Good to see you here again, it's my first time here for a while as well.
This shot would make a good wallpaper for my computer. Try taking the shot again
usin a tripod and you should be able to improve the focus.
