Photojournalistic: Bun Festival

May 15th 2005, Cheung Chau Island, Hong Kong.
The Bun Festival is held every year on the island of Cheung Chau. This year sees the reintroduction of a custom abandoned in 1978, a race for buns on the Bun Tower. The last day of the week long celebration is marked by a street procession, Chinese Opera and the Bun scramble.

This was my first visit to the island and my first try at photojournalism. Here's some of the highlights of the day.
