I really have no idea what type of insect this really is.
It reminds me a bit of a horse fly; although, it doesn't bite
like one... It looks a bit like a yellow jacket, and yet it
doesn't sting. Typically, it will fly close to something, and
hover.... therefore, my title, Hover Bee. ;)
