The webcam location on the east-side of the Hotel. The camera will be installed above the "R" in the Radisson sign
and will be suspended on a boom so that it can look down past the sign. The webcam will be installed on the 30th floor,
while the nestledge (not visible) is on the 13th floor directly below the "n".
