Though the rivers haven't started melting (which is
problematic since we are expecting the Red River to
flood) you can see surface water in the parking lot
on the right side of the image. Winnipeg has had a
particularly cold, long winter this year so even a
little surface water is cause to hope for the arrival
of spring.
