Ok, this isn't the front end, but it's still Cannon, and it has to go somewhere! I'm really thankful Gordon came out with these long hood ends...they're the icing on the cake, beautifully complementing the Cannon front end, making it possible to cover different headlights and class lights (or not) on the rear as well. I've drilled out and installed the appropriate gasketed class light blanks, and have drilled out the grab iron locators; BLMA drop grabs will follow shortly. One deviation I've done from the norm is to glue strips of .030" x .030" Evergreen styrene strip on the mounting flanges, to simplify the installation on the Athearn hood end. I should have it installed later this week; photos of the install should help explain why I do it this way.
