Taken on the bluffs overlooking Roosevelt Lake, this is Trixie warming herself in the warm morning sun. Having just woken up from a cold night sleeping in a tent (I try to cover her, she just throws them off??), I am sure she welcomed the sun to bask in while I broke camp and packed up the telescope mount and equipment.

I wonder, however, if she has deep dog thoughts? Does she think of the day when dogs will someday rise above their oppressive people and take over the world. Or does she think... Gosh it is nice just to sit out here in the wild.
