This is from 08 Aug 2006. There was a huge storm in Tucson, AZ that was dropping tons of lightning to the ground (the storm two nights later in Phoenix was almost all intra-cloud stuff and not that fun).

The red color is a result of the dust storm being kicked up by this powerful Monsoon. I like how the color on this image shifts from the blue (left) to red (right).
