This is a lone group of flowers that were just off of the trail head at the Hualapai Hilltop, the trailhead for getting to Havasupai. If you look closely, you can see a mule rain carrying campers and camping equipment of some of the hikers. To the right of the frame are the people I hiked with, my sister, brother in-law and two of their friends.
Of the hike, this is the most difficult part as it has the typical steep switchbacks that are characteristic of any trail entering the Grand Canyon.
