This page documents the acquisition of a 1970 911S for conversion to a 1973 RSR replica. Unfortunately, I was caught up in a corporate "downsizing" last year as so many of us were and sold the rolling chassis mid year 2002. The new owner already had a correct twin-plug 2.8 liter engine and so the car found a perfect home. So many people have enjoyed this page and it seems to have inspired other RSR buffs, so I have kept it available even though I no longer have the car.

I have since re-constited myself in a better overall situation than the one I left last year, so who knows...maybe another RSR project will be in the cards. I do love this particular Porsche marque.
