Lonesome Road, a Poem

Lonesome road take me home

I'm so damn tired of being alone

I ache for your smile and beam at your laugh

I want to be with you

I want us to last

again and again your hearts been broke

I dont want that for you for you I want hope
'
and yet this story may never unwind

you'll be in my heart till the end of time

so lonesome road take me home

i'm so damn tired of being alone

she's a story that may never be told

but still its my heart that she holds

I like how the clouds mimic the line of straight road...it's an appealing view, Dennis. V

lonesome for sure, and seemingly under threat from the weather..
