These Jalapeno poppers looked so good when I pulled them out of my smoker (a side offset smoker), that I had to photograph them. I used cream cheese for the "fill" on these, and season the shrimp before I place them on top of the cream cheese and wrap them with the bacon. I used real pecan logs (not pellets) and smoked them about 2hrs. They taste really good!
