In the middle of the Monfragüe National Park, a wild land of boundless woods and Mediterranean scrub where rocky cliff faces and narrow dirty roads are the main guardians of the most representative fauna of the mediterranean landscape. A private reserve of 1250 hectares nestled in the very heart of Extremadura with its ancient Casa Rural located on a top of a hill that offers stunning views of the Tajo River and the impressive La Parrilla mountain chain, with the Eagle Owl claiming in the clearest nights.
Its great patio is an amazing place where to observe the imposing rocky cliff in front of the house and admire Griffon vultures and Black vultures hover and plan over your heads. In the morning is not unusual to see the silhouette of the beautiful Imperial Eagle before it flies where the hides are.
