I noticed that too. The ISO 100 shot is actually sharper. I probably had my hand on the tripod, which is something you should never do with long exposures. Even if you don't think you're moving the camera, you probably are. I'll try to do a re-shoot some day.
But note also that the building that I focused on is the red brick one in the foreground, and due to the large aperture, everything in front and in the background is going to be less sharp relative to that building.

Hi,
I found your gallery through dcresource.com, looking for pictures from the F10/F11 and the nightshots seem a bit blurry/soft. Is this a fault in the camera, bad focus / motion blur, or are just my eyes getting worse and worse?
