George,
Your photograph and many other has finally convinced me, that the concept under which Foveon's chip is built is almost like seeing the object in person as this photo portrays. I noticed with photos of people the skin color is right on the money, no yellow or red skin cast. I'm totally impressed with the camera and of course your photos are great, but I have to admit Sigma's web page lacks a lot to prove their point. Foveon's web page is better, but this web site for the Sigma SD9 Users' Gallery is what I needed to make my decision after seeing what this camera has to offer. The most natural color I have ever seen. I own a Nikon N90s, but not for long. None of the D100's, Canon's digitals have anything even close.
