Every once in a while, I run across a shot that just reaches out and grabs me.
This is one of them.
Precious is hardly a strong enough word to use for this, and as a parent, a shot like would be on my wall, never to come down.
Thanks you for sharing such a tender and pure moment in the magical world of a child.
I can see why you chose this photo to head up this gallery. Everything about it is wonderful - the sitter, her attentive pose, her careful handling of the sea urchin shell, the hearts, your photographic instincts and expert, sensitive heart and eyes to capture it.
