I like the movement of the shopkeepers through the triangular placement - almost a dance. And nobody's paying one bit of attention to that flaming pot!

I really like the way each figure is at a certain depth in the image, one in the foreground, the other in the background and the third one in between... it adds to the idea of "stages". Bravo.

Reminded me of your earlier shot - Life on different levels, except that it's now on the same "level", but different "stages". Once again each character is in his/her own space, role and purpose. Perhaps like a little corporate hierarchy, where a worker does the office admin, the other does the outdoor labor task, while the boss entertains on the phone :-)
