Note water lines on house.
Not to say that I see any in this pile of belongings, but so many of New Orleans' beautiful antique furniture that was passed down for generations (a custom we have here) is now piled in heaps like this. Artisans of the 1700 and 1800's were so skilled in making furniture to suit our climate; beds high up off the floor to catch the cool breezes from the windows in our hot climate, and tables and cabinets made of cypress that could handle the humidity. Now, all of it is debris.
