Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall Visit Hurricane Area

Dauphine and Dumaine in Vieux Carre

A slightly blurred shot as his security officers kept getting in the way. The couple toured the Lower Ninth Ward which was so devastated by the levee break and subsequent flooding, then visited with children at the St. Louis Cathedral Academy in the Vieux Carre'.
This was a nice, exciting adventure for me and a wonderful diversion from Katrina-related problems.

I just wrote about that visit to Saint Louis Cathedral School. Wish I'd had your fuzzy photo to run with it. Don't you love those two in the "Crown Jewels of New Orleans?" www.LEJ.org
