In 20 days the River rose over six feet. I have not seen water like this in a while. The area where I drive to on the batture to take sunset photos and river photos, a point high at the mouth of the Spillway, is totally under water.
Coleen Perilloux Landry retains the international copyright not only for the original image but also for any versions of it.
