the6th is not correctly screwed in fact. not in its good position, or something is on the rail or the rail is not clean

you can see that the 6th from the left need a paper.
Once they are dismounted and put back, the stress and position of the wooden flanges is differnt so more papering is often necessary.
the basic rule in action work is to center the screw in the falnges the flanges spaced, then from there look farther.. In the end you are able to obtain a good spacing between the damper heads in all directions, but it begins with the flange screw.
