This is the VIP of Goulburn, celebrating the importance of Merino sheep in the economy of the area. Practically all tourists driving between Sydney and Canberra stop by to see what it's all about (sheep and wool...). I did too, way back in 1987. The Aussies seem to like such "big" stuff. I have since seen The Big Pineapple, The Big Banana, etc. Seems that the sheep business is no longer as lucrative as it used to be; and if anything, the sky at Zane's place does not seem unduly threatened by encroaching urbanisation and light pollution. Nice and rural.
