| Shibumi is still in Vero Beach. We were meeting new friends during the evening happy hour at the marina park when our neighbors Susan and John walked up with their cute new puppy "Crew". Their boat "Sundance" came into the marina in the afternoon... I heard them call the marina on the radio, but it did not register with me that it was Susan and John. they had left home a full two weeks after we did and have already caught up to us... Friday the 13th was a good day for us. Jill and Lynette rode the bus into town for some shopping. They had lunch at a nice Thai restaurant. Steve, Lynn, and I hung out at the beach and had pizza and beer for lunch. The ladies seemed to have a little more class than us guys... but it was what we each wanted. |
