Long day today.
Traced and fixed a plumbing leak on **Shibumi**.
I thought it would be a one-hour job, it took four.
Four hours of working while crouched in narrow areas puts strain on out-of-shape areas of the body.
After repairing the leak I staggered to a hot shower then retired to these
warm 'polar-fleece' pajamas that Jill made for me last year.
I'm much too tired and sore to think up a PaD shot.
Getting in physical condition to go cruising is a lot easier to say than it is to do.
