Izmir is a major Turkish city. It was another beautiful day and we took a ship's excursion to the beautiful clock tower in the main square, the Agora Museum right inside the city, and a large market. I was hoping to get to ride the Tarihi Ascensor up to a viewpoint, and also take a local boat across the bay. But after doing so much walking on the tour, I decided to just take it easy.
