Unknown Hopper sp.

I know it is hard to see that this is an insect but, if you look closely, you can see legs.

Cool shot... this might be one of the planthopper nymphs, there are several species that have nymphs which look more like bits of fluff! Great find. V

Once I put it in original I could see it. That's pretty amazing.
