Impressive pose of VF-103 'Jolly Rogers' F-14B 162918/AA-100 at Kleine Brogel, October 2000. A few years later, the Tomcat was phased out. Lt. Dave "Kant" Reade and I (LTJG Matt "Turtle" Koop) flew this jet to the boneyard on January 5th, 2005. F-14's were scrapped in a short period of time, preventing precious spare parts going to Iran.
