Xundian Shibanhe, Yunnan China

Xundian Hui and Yi Autonomous County (寻甸回族彝族自治县) is an autonomous county, under the jurisdiction of Kunming Prefecture, Yunnan, China. Xundian lies northeast of the center of Yunnan with the river Niulan Jiang (牛栏江) flows through its territory.

Xundian Shibanhe boasts a total of 8 waterfalls in a tight knit area and is normally beautiful and scenic. A dought of 3 years however turned out to be quite dampening to the tourists. The place is on the way to Dongchuan Red Earth from Kunming, capital city of Yunnan.
