The Galapagos Islands as you will know are unique. The highlight for us was this island, where sea lions laze on pristine white sand beaches. I would go back here in a flash (if I could afford it!). My advice would be to go soon (avoiding those horrid National Geographic cruise ships), because the Galapagos are under threat from too many tourists. I predict the government will make it a high-end tourism destination (isn't it already high end??!) by severely restricting numbers.
