You've framed this nicely to pick up the full scope of the action. Coconut milk may be an acquired taste; I never really acquired it. Doubly so after Tom Hanks did the "coconut milk is a laxative" speech in Castaway. (Which it apparently is, just not an exceptionally powerful one.)
