Regional Dance America Highlights

I was invited to attend the three day Regional Dance America Southwest festival in Houston, Texas.
There were over 700 dancers from 24 dance companies taking class from world famous teachers and, of course, performing showpieces....43 showpieces to be exact.
I used my Canon Mark III at ISO 1600 and my Canon 70-200L f2.8 IS for all of the shots. My beautiful wife also helped out this time with some of the class pictures.

Richard, another beautiful gallery. Since these were not studio shots, as you indicated, does that mean that all the shots use only the existing stage lighting? I see you used an ISO of 1600 and a max aperture of 2.8; what did that give you for a shutter speed? Also, did you use manual or automatic focus? In any event, they are again wonderful.
