Anyone for ham?

These hams are a Spanish delicacy that people are willing to pay ALOT of money to eat. The best are 'free range' pigs that eat acorns. The hams are cured for a couple of years and either sold whole or sliced paper thin. The ones that are hanging are about as good as you can get and at €136/kg (A$226/kg or US$80/lb) it should be!
